If you're already an Intelligent Finance Savings or Current Account customer, you can simply log in to your online plan and select "Enhance Plan" - or call us on 0845 609 4343 ².
If you're new to Intelligent Finance, our mortgages are available exclusively as part of an offset plan through your local Professional Adviser.
Your Professional Adviser will be able to answer any questions you may have about our products or offsetting and will make the application on your behalf. They will include Intelligent Finance Savings and Current Account jars in your application, to ensure you can maximise the offsetting benefit.
How to find a local Professional Adviser
You can find a local Professional Adviser online at www.impartial.co.uk and search for advisers in your area.
Impartial.co.uk is an online 'Find a mortgage adviser' service that helps consumers find whole of market mortgage advice in their local area.
What should I check before I purchase a mortgage?
Make sure you only take mortgage advice from an FSA-registered Professional Adviser. You can find out more about the FSA register and check that your Professional Adviser is listed on it by visiting the FSA website.
